Maljohn uses a wide array of tried-and-true techniques in our pursuit of quality and efficiency.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities include the following:

• Two dimensional heat forming of Thermo-plastics*
  
• CNC Router cutting (2 and 3 dimensional) of plastic and composite material
  
• Lathe cutting of all types of plastic rod and tube; along with CNC, manual profiling and center drilling
  
• Complex and simple cutting plastic sheet stock up to 4” (101.60mm) thick
  
• Complex and simple drilling, chamfering, counterboring and countersinking
  
• Drill press drilling and Multi-spindle drilling of plastic
  
• Punch & clicker pressing of plastic materials
  
• Lamination Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) to plastic film for Pressure Sensitive Tape; and Adhesive Backed Sheet
  

*Thermo-plastics include UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), HPDE (High Density Polyethylene), and PPE (Polypropylene)
