Flexible Spouts are made from UHMW (for High-Abrasion applications)
Custom designed to fit all metal styled units
Flex sections may be rotated 4 turns to increase wear life
Flex sections do not retract
Lightweight and easy to handle; ⅓ the weight of steel, and will give as much as 6 to 8 times the wear of steel
Materials
- UHMW Repro Black (Abrasion resistant and UV resistant)
- Tivar 88 ESD (Anti-Static)
Sizes
- Available in single Flex sections, or in various lengths
- When ordering, please specify:
Flex Spout Size – measured as OD of small end; larger end is 2” larger
Standard Wall thickness is ¼” (other sizes available) - Our team will work with you and provide a final detailed drawing for approval prior to manufacturing
