Maljohn manufactures Roller Assemblies to our standard sizes or customer specifications; along with Rollers.
Materials
Shafts – 12L14 Mild Steel; drilled and tapped both ends
Stainless steel is available upon requestRollers – UHMW Natural (FDA & USDA Approved, Food Grade), Nylon, Urethane, or other durable material
Sizes
Standard Return Roller Assembly for 16” long and Under Include but not limited to:
- 5/8” Cold Rolled 12L14 Mild Steel Shaft with 3/8” #16 N.C. threaded ends
- 2” Dia x 2-7/8” long UHMW Natural Roller complete with 11/16” bore; lockwasher and collar
Standard Return Roller Assembly to 20” and 24” long Include but not limited to:
- 3/4” Dia Cold Rolled 12L14 Mild Steel Shaft with 3/8” #16 N.C. threaded ends
- 2” Dia x 2-7/8” long UHMW Natural Roller c/w 13/16” bore; lockwasher and collar
Custom Return Roller Assemblies are available with shaft diameters ⅝”, ¾”, and 1”
Lengths available include but are not limited to 6”, 7”, 8”, 9” 10”, 12”, 13”, 15”, 16”, 20” 22” 24”, 30”
