- Overall 3/8” thickness, formed with ¼” thick UHMW Natural (Food Grade) top layer and 1/8” thick UHMW Yellow Wear Indicator bottom layer (or color available)
- Overall ½” thickness, formed with 3/8” UHMW Natural top layer and 1/8” thick UHMW Yellow Wear Indicator bottom layer (or color available)
- Adhered together by an adhesive film
- Holes are drilled, as required or recommended, by the customer on site
